I am very happy to work with this company. the ladies on the phone are incredibly helpful and very sweet, they solve the problem right away. salon direct is so generous i will work with you for a lifetime as long as your system is like this.

The lady I spoke to over the phone was an absolute diamond! Very helpful and really understanding of a situation. The Glitterbels Hema Free products purchased arrived in good time and there was no faults what so ever. When comparing prices with other companies Salons Direct is by far the best. Highly recommend them.

Disappointed.
Paid £6.95 for delivery on Friday 3rd Feb. item still not arrived. Very disappointing. If you can’t deliver then please don’t charge full whack for postage.

I have no issues with the products from salons direct but please got back to DPD!!
I have no issues with the products from salons direct it’s all be around the delivery. I originally placed my order on 24.01.23 next day delivery…. I have only just received my item on 06.02.23! The first delivery attempt was made out of the specified time slot and no calling card left. I then got an email saying it was attempt at ‘X’ time, which was a lie as I have cameras at my property that show it was a different time. The item then got sent back to yourself where they told you they had made several attempts at delivery. i contacted you, again very slow response but finally you arranged for another parcel to be sent out when I got a delivery notification I asked for the item to be delivered to my local post office, this was ignored, delivery attempted and failed as I wasn’t in, I then had to wait a further 3 days to get my re delivery. Appalling service.

Unfortunately when both nail tip boxes…
Unfortunately when both nail tip boxes arrived they were smashed opened. Both on same side, which unfortunately is a pain as they don’t close and need to find other container for them to be placed in for just now.

Improvement needed for delivery
Communication was good as always for lead up to delivery but packaging wasn’t great. The aerosol can purchase arrived with smashed lid with sharp bits all inside the box. Now I will have to store can differently as top is exposed.
Update- Salons Direct contacted and offered refund on delivery costs. Can’t ask much more than that.

Excellent service. The quality of product is good. Delivery is quick and the items are well placed in the boxe ? using a lots of skill.The website is easy to use. VAT free is a strong marketing ideas to allow other customers to buy from salon direct. Please keep up the good job.
Great product choice
Salons Direct have a great choice of quality brands and appear to have great stock control compared to other wholesalers.
The delivery is fast and I received my order my the day after.

Terrible service
Update! Still no package a week later and no attempts by Salons Direct to correct the problem! 2/2/23
I still have not received my order despite having paid extra for next day delivery! Unfortunately it seems you have changed to parcelforce and they have now lied twice about attempting delivery. Even though we have called to rearrange they have still not delivered. Your phone staff have been less than helpful about getting our paid for goods to us. No one has offered to make any compensation. I am very dissatisfied.
UPDATE; THE REPLY FROM SalonsDirect below is completely inaccurate. We did pay a delivery charge- extra for next day delivery. We have also not requested to pick up this order from any depot, nor have we received it. It's not very useful to create replies which are false SalonsDirect!
